MINIMUMS & PRICING

• Our minimum opening order is $100 AUD excluding GST ( goods and services tax) for all accounts.
• Our minimum reorder is $50 AUD excluding GST
• All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Minimum order per product is 5 units for the following products:  Plates, cups and napkins.
• Minimum order per product is 2 units for the following products: Cake toppers , Feather and Bow garlands
• Bow and Feather wooden garlands are available for shipping only within Australia
• Orders under $250 AUD must be paid in full prior to shipping.
• Orders over $250 AUD will require a 50% deposit to confirm the order. Final balance must be received and cleared prior to shipping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping and handling will be calculated and added to your total upon check out. Please refer to Australia Post shipping Information – please click here
• For International orders buyers are responsible for all taxes and customs-related duty fees in addition to international shipping charges.
•  In some cases, you may be required to pay customs duty fees or shipping surcharges billed to Party for Stella after the goods have left our warehouse. It is the buyers’ responsibility to submit payment for such post-delivery fees and charges immediately upon receipt of invoice. We are not responsible for customs/ duty fees.

RETURNS & EXCHAGE

• We do not accept return of stock for change of mind or unsold stock.
• Wholesale orders may not be exchanged.
• We inspect each shipment before it leaves our warehouse for quality and quantity. If however you do receive stock that is damaged or missing please e- mails us at [email protected] within 5 days with a photo of the damaged product.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME

• If items are in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
• If our Plates, Cups and Napkins are not in stock, please allow 2-3 months for production and delivery of goods once your order has been received.
• For all other items not in stock please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery of goods once your order has been received.

PRODUCT SAMPLES

• You can purchase samples of our Plates Cups and Napkins. Wholesale cost per product and the shipping fees apply. Please email [email protected] for samples.
